Job description
Charterhouse is working with a leading Qatari group who are looking to hire a Sales Manager for its industrial project division. This role will manage the sales team and work closely with the MEP contractors, consultants and end users.
About the role
The Sales Manager will have full responsibility of the industrial projects division product line, such as low and medium voltage as well as switch gear accessories.
This role will require you to supervise all industrial sales and resolve all issues, recommending troubleshooting solutions in the process. You also will be required to maintain professional relationships with all customers within the assigned areas.
Furthermore, you will analyse all requirements of individual market areas and recommend strategies to increase revenue and profitability. You will analyse all market trends and ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction to maintain profitability of the organisation and recommend strategies to improve profits. In addition, you will be required to prepare reports for senior management, shareholders and customers on a weekly and quarterly basis, providing support to all sales and technical activities.
About you
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor Degree of electrical/electronic engineering. You should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and know how to motivate and effectively communicate to the sales team. The ideal candidate must have 10 years’ experience in dealing with Low Voltage, Switch Gear and wiring products, within an internationally recognised business.
It is essential you have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
