Charterhouse are undertaking a search for a leading Qatari family group, whom possess an extensive portfolio of retail outlets, brands and consumables and B2C/B2B services, within fundamental sectors such as sports and fitness, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate and technology. Our client is looking to hire an ambitious, Sales Account Manager to lead and support their diverse gymnasium equipment operation, within their retail outlets and to their high-end luxury clients.
About the role
This role will be responsible for leading the sales and technical support teams of an array of gymnasium equipment brands, to maximise profits whilst minimizing operation costs. You will be responsible for developing long-term successful relationships with customers and overseeing the sales team. As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, as the point of contact making sure to respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience thought out the sales process. In addition, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
The client will look to recruit a motivated Sales Account Manager with a minimum 3 years’ experience and proven experience in selling sport equipment’s to retailers and high-end luxury clients. To be successful you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. You should have great customer service and problem-solving skills along with strong business acumen.
