Charterhouse is working with an iconic global event who are looking to hire a Workforce Training Manager (Events) who will oversee the full workforce training function throughout the preparation and operational delivery of this exciting event.
About the role
This is an amazing opportunity to work with a passionate team where you will be responsible for the development of an engaging, informative workforce training programme. This will also include detailed deliverables, timeframes, budget, logistics, risk management and contingency plans for all staff and volunteers for the event.
You will be responsible for the strategy implementation and developing the entire training framework. This will include blended training solutions, facilitation of training programs, train the trainer sessions and the development of the training need analyses based on the requirements of each departments’ workforce roles for the event.
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years’ experience working in large-scale international events in a workforce training role, preferably with GCC or international experience. You should have solid experience of managing and facilitating large scale training/integration sessions with blended training solutions. You should have a proven track record planning, designing and implementing general workforce training, functional, cultural awareness and venue specific training.
The ideal candidate should be a driven and passionate individual with a positive attitude. You should be a team player who has outstanding communication, time management and execution. You should also be able to work in a very busy environment working to tight deadlines.
