Our client, a leading Qatari group is looking to hire a talented and focused Senior Training Specialist.
About the role
This is a vital role for the business where the incumbent will be responsible for leading the entire training function. You will handle the training needs analysis, the identification and selection of external training solutions and the formulation, planning and delivery of all internal training, leadership and development programmes. You will also prepare the training budget and provide periodic reports reflecting the training needs and the recommendation of training solutions across the business.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years corporate training experience with a proven track record in content development, instructional design, training program design, coaching and professional development, on the job training and instructional methods and strategies. You should also have excellent understanding of training certification and accreditation procedures, a Degree in HR, education or other relevant field along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
