Charterhouse is working with a well-established holding group in Qatar which is looking to hire a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the brand development and corporate communications strategy across the group subsidiaries. Candidates from a real estate background are encouraged to apply.
About the role
This role will be responsible for building the marketing strategy which includes defining the annual marketing budget, allocation of budget and tracking the progress, reporting performance against objectives to the group. As this role will manage the marketing plans for various brands across a range of industries, previous experience of working for a holding group with a focus on real estate would be highly desirable. A major part of the role will be to create campaigns and collateral which help to increase brand equity across the holding group and consistency in how the brand is perceived. In addition this role will play an active part in supporting business development activity, conducting market research and working with different heads of department to create viable business plans in order to close new deals. Our client is looking for an individual who is able to quickly grasp different concepts and bring brands to life through creative communication strategies and storytelling.
To be considered for this role you must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience within marketing, ideally with a background in the real estate industry or working for a holding group. The successful candidate must have strong experience and expertise in all aspects of marketing including; traditional marketing, digital, social media, PR, and event planning. Solid knowledge and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office programs are essential for this role. Due to the requirements of this role strong preference will be given to Bilingual English/Arabic speakers.
