Charterhouse has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrative Affairs Specialist to work for a Semi-Government organisation in Qatar.
About the role
This is a key role which holds immense responsibility whereby you will proactively work with external centres supporting them in developing administrative guidelines. You will oversee and be accountable for the policies and procedures for the effective implementation of the administration strategy across the organisation and their centres in alignment with the head office, reporting to the Director.
You will assist in the preparation of reports and provide guidance, training and support to administrative staff in the centres ensuring effective delivery of administrative services, in compliance with local and international rules and regulation and best practices.
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior administrative role, along with outstanding local knowledge and understanding of the Qatari culture. You should also have experience dealing with multiple internal and external Stakeholders at all levels whilst managing and leading teams in a non-hierarchical relationship framework.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to build a strong rapport with your team members. To be successful for this role you should be fluent in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
