Charterhouse is working with a progressive financial services institution who is looking to hire a Rewards Specialist who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of rewards supporting in the development and implementation of the HR strategy and plans, as well as heavily contributing to the development and implementation of total rewards initiatives across the business.
About the role
You will be responsible for writing business reports and presenting solutions and recommendations in an articulate manner to senior management. Key accountabilities include implementing and executing rewards strategy to meet current and future business needs, creating appropriate methods for market competitiveness and designing rewards communication. Day-to-day operational delivery of rewards including pay plan, job evaluation methodology, governance and legal compliance, market analysis and preparation and performance management process.
The successful candidate should have 5-10 years’ experience working for a multinational corporation and be Degree qualified or above. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent success record in operational management of reward programmes working across complex business units, management of international rewards issues and have well-honed leadership, negotiation and influencing skills. You should also have a high level of analytical and financial skills and are highly organised, thrive in a busy, demanding, challenging and dynamic environment. It is essential that you demonstrate excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills to be successful in this role, whilst deriving meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data with an analytical approach.
