Charterhouse are working with a multinational professional services organisation who is looking to hire a confident and resourceful In-House Recruiter.
About the role
You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle for multiple professional disciplines, sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring exceptional individuals. You will be someone that is focused on building relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to define hiring needs as well as developing cost effective, results oriented recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will also be someone that can impact operational performance by improving key metrics such as time to hire and quality of hire. Working with hiring managers, you will ensure global standards are adhered to ensuring systems are updated and the right guidelines are followed to ensure compliance and best practices are in place at all times.
The successful candidate should have a strong recruitment background of at least 3-4 years’ experience in the same role and prefer candidates coming from an agency background however will consider all qualified applicants. You should have a proven track record of recruiting at all levels and functions across an organisation, experience working with a global or multi-national organisation, strong IT systems skills and the ability to influence decision makers. This role requires someone has extremely strong communications skills and has confident approach. Immediate start.
