About the role
Due to extensive growth, Charterhouse Middle East is looking to grow their team with a Recruiter for the Doha office to specialise in permanent/contract recruitment. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, goal-orientated individual who is looking to further develop themselves within recruitment or an individual that feels they would like to move into recruitment.
Recruitment is incredibly fast-pace, requiring hard work, determination and strong business acumen, however the results are particularly rewarding and to be successful, you will be someone that enjoys developing relationships with clients, working closely with candidates as well as understanding how to be a key part of a clients’ business plans.
Charterhouse’s focus is on recruiting roles within Sales & Marketing, Technical/Engineering, Finance, HR, Technology and Legal, therefore a genuine interest in one of these sectors is key. Charterhouse will provide you with a strong brand, great clients, team support and training to help you grow and develop.
Our package consists of a competitive monthly salary, a generous commission scheme that is based on your own performance not a discretionary bonus. You will have option of WFH, one-month annual leave plus a birthday bonus day as well as an additional break over the Festive season all additional to your leave.
