As one of the leaders in their industry our international client is opening their Qatar Representative Office and is looking to hire an Office Manager to join them in start-up stages.
About the role
This is an exciting role which will hold immense responsibility as senior management are not permanently based in Qatar at present, therefore the Office Manager will be the key point of contact and until the company further expands their Qatar operations. This is a “hands on” position where you would be working directly alongside and supporting senior management using their commercially savvy skills to get things done and ensure the office runs smoothly. A self-starter with good communication skills, you will also have the desire to understand the business while being responsible for all office management supporting senior management on all operations as well as handling start-up processes for the local office.
The successful candidate should have a confident proactive and mature demeanour with a minimum of 3 years office management experience working in a corporate best practice environment along with SAP and Accounting experience. Due to the external communications with international offices our client is ideally seeking a Native English or German Speaker for this exciting role. Candidates must already be based in Qatar.
