Our client is an international boutique corporate legal practice who is looking to hire an extremely professional and polished Office Manager to join this corporate and professional team of legal professionals.
About the role
As a key member of the team you will work alongside a Fee Earners assisting with diary management, travel arrangements, preparing legal presentations as well as general administration and diary management. You will also be responsible for event management, database management, filing of internal and corporate documents, general accounts, and client management whilst managing the firms’ internal/external written correspondence and emails.
To be considered for the role you must have the capacity to function independently and within a team interfacing with clients. You will be detailed orientated, have a minimum of three years’ experience working as an Office Manager ideally within the legal field, however it’s not essential. You will have strong computer skills, outstanding written and spoken English and be able to meet deadlines with ease. Our client is looking for a friendly and bright team player who is a self-motivated individual looking for a stable role in an international company for the long-term.
