Charterhouse is working with an international listed firm who is looking to hire a professional Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join their Abu Dhabi team. The successful incumbent will have a strong office management and EA background along with a proven track record working in a fast paced and professional environment providing executive level office management support as well as supporting a Senior Executive.
About the role
Responsibilities include, managing highly confidential information, support in client development such as managing client service pipelines, client proposals, compliance processes and maintaining client files. Acting as the lead for all office administration such as office annual planning, managing day-to-day office operations, event co-ordination and any other responsibilities required to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently reinforcing the companies’ standards and values. You will also be responsible for diary management across multiple time zones, complex international travel arrangements and itinerary management, typing and distribution of correspondence, preparation of PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports, e-mail management and client liaison.
The successful incumbent should be a confident and resourceful individual who is highly motivated and who has a corporate and professional approach with a strong commercial acumen. You should have a proven track record in office management and as an EA supporting senior executives and will be results driven and a team focused individual. You should also have a can-do approach and professional outlook with the ability to remain calm and focussed when under pressure and will want to join a company who provides a long-term career.
