Charterhouse is working with a global luxury wellness brand. Our client is looking to hire a Marketing Manager to join the team in Qatar, who will work closely alongside the global headquarters to define and execute the local marketing strategy for the country.
About the role
This is a 360 role which will be responsible for the planning of all marketing initiatives and activities within the Qatar market. There will be regular interaction with the global marketing team to ensure alignment of strategy and adherence to brand guidelines, alongside frequent travel to key markets as required by the business.
Our client is looking for a commercially focused, highly organised marketing professional who has hands on experience of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events which deliver ROI and increase brand engagement. In this role, there will be a lot of close collaboration with colleagues in both Qatar and global offices, therefore, excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills are required.
As Marketing Manager, you will oversee and allocate the marketing budget, manage the P&L and drive team performance through coaching and people development. Additionally, a key focus will be to manage all product launch plans which includes influencer partnerships, merchandising, web marketing and event coordination.
To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Public Relations or related field, with at least 6 years 360 marketing experience ideally working for a luxury brand. In addition, our client is looking to hire an individual with excellent project management skills and prior experience of developing successful marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
