Charterhouse have a unique opportunity for a versatile and highly organised individual who will oversee and Manage the financial and operational functions for a private family office in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Manager who is bilingual in English / French or Trilingual in English / French / Spanish and is able to travel extensively.
About the role
This is a challenging and exciting role where you will oversee the family’s non-commercial local and international private assets contributing to the strategic planning of the family office overseeing financial operations including budgeting, financial reporting, international tax and overall management of the private assets. You will also manage staffing and coordinate all operational requirements for the family residences, logistics for local and international travel as well as negotiating supplier contracts. In addition you will coordinate input with lawyers, HR and assist with coordinating outsourced professionals and suppliers. You will also serve as the conduit for the family and in-house staff
The successful candidate should have a Degree in administration or related field and will come from a hospitality background, also holding hospitality certifications. You should also have solid knowledge of business management and HR practices and principles along with strong management negotiation and communication skills. It is essential that you have experience within a similar role having catered for all the needs in the scope of a private family office. This is an extremely important role for the family who are seeking a highly discrete and professional individual who ideally has experience working with a Private Family Office.
This role will require extensive regular travel across Europe, such as France and Spain, therefore it is imperative that you are bilingual in English / French or Trilingual in English / French / Spanish.
