Charterhouse are working with one of our financial services client, who are looking to hire a Learning and Development Officer.
About the role
Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will be in charge of the daily L&D activities and assisting in the completion of development centres as well as preparation of development plans.
The successful candidate should be Degree qualified in HR/business admin or equivalent with relevant experience within the financial services or investment institutions. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential for this role and Arabic is an advantage.
