Charterhouse is working with a well-established retail company who is looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The HR Coordinator reports directly to the HR Manager.
About the role
As the HR Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the HR Department, including but not limited to maintaining databases for staff on the HRMS System, composing staff letters (such as NOC, Salary, Visa), assisting with the recruitment process, keeping up to date records of complaints and/or concerns to maintain the highest level of customer service.
The successful candidate should have a minimum for 2 years' experience in a similar role in Qatar and/or Gulf region with awareness of the Qatar Labour Law, having supported a culturally diverse office. Good computer skills, especially MS Office and strong verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory.
This role requires a candidate who is a team player, demonstrate flexibility and be able to multitask to match the ever changing work environment. Knowledge of fashion and Qatar Labour Laws is beneficial, and retail experience is preferred.
