Charterhouse is working with a well-established market leader in Qatar who is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team, reporting directly to the HR and Admin Director.
About the role
As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the group. You will work closely with management to build morale, improve work relationships, increase productivity and employee retention.
The HRBP will provide HR policy guidance and interpretation as well as maintain an in-depth knowledge of all legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of a bachelor’s Degree with additional CIPD or SHRM certification with a minimum of 10 years HR experience. Automotive experience in desirable. The HRBP must have high level business literacy, and must be familiar with competitive markets as well as have strong cultural awareness.
Advanced SAP skills and excellent communication skills in English is required. Arabic would be advantageous.
