Job description
Charterhouse is working with a prestigious multinational organisation which offers custom designed learning programs to a range of corporate partners. Our client is currently looking to hire a Head of Sales who will develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies, in addition to managing and leading a small team of experienced program development and sales professionals.
About the role
This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a highly-regarded diverse and dynamic team. The key requirements for this role will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies which drive revenue growth, build new corporate relationships and increases the depth and quality of programs offered.
A large aspect of the role will involve working with relevant program specialists and learning consultants in order to create competitive high-quality proposals which help to secure new business and address clients learning and development needs. Our client is looking to hire a mature professional who has a proven track record in developing B2B sales strategies for corporate businesses with a focus on Education Management/Learning and Development.
In addition, strong leadership skills and experience of developing and managing high performing sales teams are considered essential for this role. There will be a need to conduct in depth market research to identity new business opportunities and provide stakeholders with a clear oversight in course design and proposal writing.
About you
To be considered for this role, the candidate should hold a Bachelors or higher Degree in Business or a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in B2B Sales, ideally within a Corporate L&D or Executive Education setting.
Our client is looking for someone who possesses excellent leadership qualities and has the ability to lead and develop a team, in addition to building strong stakeholder relationships. Ideally the successful candidate should be fully fluent in both English and Arabic.
