Charterhouse is working with a leading organisation in Qatar within Financial Services, who is looking to hire a Guest Relations Supervisor within their Doha Office.
About the Role
As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will work within a fast-paced environment taking on a variety of tasks such as meeting and greeting clients on arrival and showing them to the arranged venue for their meeting. You will act as first point of contact for guests, assisting them with any queries prior to their travel.
In addition, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and organising venues for external meetings ensuring that all parties are notified. If guests are visiting from outside of Doha, you will prepare itineraries, make travel arrangements and hotel bookings, ensuring that the clients are catered with everything they need for the duration of their meeting and stay. In conjunction, you will escort guests on their departure. Maintaining a database of key contacts and records of client visits will also be your responsibility within this role.
The Guest Relations Supervisor must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, offering high quality customer service at all times.
To be considered for this role, the candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally having worked in Qatar however, this isn’t essential. It is crucial that you have excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Arabic.
