Our client is a leader in the recreation/hospitality sector and due to expansion in this outdoor recreation facility they are now seeking a Parks Events and Marketing Coordinator. This is an exciting role where you would be responsible for the planning, creation, implementation and management of all marketing and event campaigns, as well as managing all social media and website content.
About the role
Key accountabilities include the development and execution of social media initiatives, website content management ensuring brand integrity, overseeing all aspects events-planning, promotion and execution and liaising with any sponsors, as well as obtaining permits and coordinating all logistics. You will coordinate events and packages for ground breakings, ribbon cuttings and other celebration events and other responsibilities include; create, distribute and update marketing collateral that promotes the park, their events, and space rental opportunities as needed.
The successful candidate should have a marketing Degree with a proven track record in events management and marketing coordination within the same industry. The applicant should be extremely organised, a team player and bring creative ideas to market the park. Job will require evening and weekend hours. Prerequisite: Arabic Speaking
