Our client is a forward thinking organisation who has grown immensely over the past 5 years and will continue to expand in this growing economy. Our client is looking to hire a CRO Executive who will work within the commercial team supporting new clients with their submission of documents for review/processing ensuring the correct documents are submitted in accordance with the rules and regulations and corporate guidelines.
About the role
This is a mid-senior level role where you will work alongside the CRO Manager and commercial team liaising with new and existing clients ensuring their documentation is in order and internal processes are meeting expectations. You will be responsible for processing new client registrations, responding to any queries, monitor and update internal CRO systems and also act as the focal point of contact for client de-registration in accordance with the rules and regulations. Other responsibilities include maintaining the company registrar and communication records as well as supporting the CRO Manager in all CRO processes including scoring process, data flows and client reporting.
The successful candidate should be Degree educated and have a legal or company secretary (ICSA) qualification with experience handling company law or regulatory matters. You should posse a high degree of analytical skills with the ability to analyse and interpret data to derive conclusions and make recommendations. You should also have outstanding customer service skills, be able to liaise with internal/external stakeholders at all levels, be highly organised, commercially aware and can consistently deliver on agreed objectives and expectations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required and you should be fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic would be advantageous.
