Charterhouse is working with a highly regarded hospitality group in the GCC. Our client is looking to hire a COO to oversee the full operation and development of the business.
About the role
You will be responsible for planning, organising and developing the catering operations across education, corporate and other areas of contract catering. Whilst also managing the overall operation of the division, you will oversee the whole division, managing existing contracts and facilities.
The successful candidate should have managed and developed a catering business previously, with experience through all stages of development and ongoing operations. You should have a minimum of 10 years' experience within catering operations and possess strong English communication skills. Due to the location of the position preference will be given to candidates with GCC experience and due to the scope of the role you must hold a valid driver's license.
