Our client is looking to hire a Change Management Manager who will be responsible for driving the speed of adoption, ultimate utilisation and proficiency with changes that impact all employees. You will develop a solid change management division as well as support and coach key managers as they help their direct employees through transitions, as well as support project teams integrating these Change Management activities.
About the role
Accountabilities in this exciting and challenging role include developing an Organisational change Impact and risk assessment; creating and implementing change management strategies, and applying change management processes and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of changes by the project/initiative. You will also conduct impact analyses; asses change readiness and identify key stakeholders, and develop the stakeholder analyses with detailed action plans to accelerate change adoption within the organisation. The incumbent would also work closely with communications to ensure a holistic view of change efforts across the organisation and support any training efforts required across the organisation by providing input where necessary for the design/delivery of such training programs.
The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience running a change management function with solid knowledge of change management methodologies and tools. Outstanding understanding of project management, including knowledge of project lifecycle phases is required and you will ideally have a professional association’s related certification. Excellent understanding of HR and OD principles is required, along with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and report writing, with the know-how to articulate ideas clearly and concisely. Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and Oracle ERP is essential.
